We are an Atlanta-based group of individuals committed to serving the Lord by ministering to widow and orphan families in the Chichicastenango area of Guatemala. For a few years now, we have been going on mission trips to “Chichi” to serve alongside the ministry of Manos de Jesus (Pray America), whose mission is based on James 1:27 and is devoted to helping provide for and empowering local Maya widows and orphans in that area. We build houses and bathrooms, serve food to the malnourished, distribute shoes to children who are in desperate need, provide solar-powered audio bibles in the native language, and much more. We go on these trips to be the hands and feet of Christ – serving and loving the people whom He loves.
